  1. In a small pan, bring soy sauce, brown sugar, Coke® reduction, Mr. Yoshida's® Gourmet Sauce, sesame oil and five-spice to a boil. Stir constantly.
  2. Put wings in a large pot.
  3. Rub the wings with the grated ginger and salt.
  4. Add the marinade and cover the wings with it.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
  6. Once fully cooked, take the wings out of the pot, place on a platter.
  7. Bring the remaining marinade to boil and cook down the syrupy marinade in the pot.
  8. Once thick and syrupy, pour the marinade over the cooked chicken.
