    Tyson® Fresh Chicken Drummettes
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange drummettes on parchment-lined sheet pan.
  2. Brush chicken pieces with 1/4 cup hot sauce.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
  4. Combine remaining 1/2 cup sauce and butter in large bowl.
  5. Once fully cooked, put chicken drummettes into a large bowl and mix with fresh hot sauce mixture to coat. Set aside.
  1. Mix cornbread to specifications on package.
  2. Add hot sauce, blue cheese and celery.
  3. Pour mixture into lined muffin tins.
  4. Follow baking times listed on the cornbread packaging. Once baked, set aside to cool completely.
  1. Mix blue cheese on high speed until smooth.
  2. Add the unsalted butter and mix on high speed until fluffy.
  3. Add room temperature cream cheese, and then mix in the powdered sugar slowly until fully incorporated.
  4. Pipe or spread onto cooled cupcakes.
    Assemble and Garnish
  1. Top frosted cupcake with a dressed drummette.
  2. Garnish with a small stalk of celery, a few crumbles of blue cheese and a drizzle of hot sauce.
